The McKenzie Little Eagles Preschool Program is located on the rural McKenzie School District K-12 campus. Preschool students have the same opportunities as other district elementary students, including free breakfast and lunch in the district cafeteria, access to library, health services, including mental health counseling, playground time and collaborative time with the kindergarten program. Due to this the preschool students leave preschool ready for Kindergarten. The preschool follows the same education model as the K-12 McKenzie River Community School. This includes a project based, place based and service based educational model. Allowing time for hands-on outdoor activities that are specific to our geographic area. Class sizes are small and instruction is individualized to meet students needs, creating a welcoming environment.
