STAFF

We depend on caregivers and community partners to accomplish our goals. But behind the scenes, you’ll find this dedicated team of professionals hard at work for Lane County families.

A note about the United Way connection: Our team is tucked into United Way of Lane County. That helps us coordinate with other family and social services agencies, and it also helps us share resources, like email systems!

Sabrina Ramsby (she/her)
Preschool Promise Coordinator
United Way of Lane County

Raised in the South by an art teacher mom and a Latin teacher dad, I grew up with a deep appreciation for education, equity, and culture. I have a deep passion for language and learning, and during college, studied abroad in 4 different countries.

After earning my degree in Latin American, Latino & Iberian Studies in 2021, I moved to Eugene and quickly fell in love with all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer.

Since then, I’ve worked as a case manager, helping adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) access services and resources in their community. I’m excited to be returning to the education field, and to apply the experiences I’ve gained to a cause that’s close to my heart—helping families access early education and strengthening my community for generations to come.

Outside of work, I love playing volleyball, caring for my ever-growing collection of houseplants, and hunting for treasures (thrifting).
