Preschool Promise Request for Application (RFA)
We are thrilled to announce that DELC has released a Request for Applications (RFA): 2025-2027 Preschool Promise Eligible Provider List for seven Early Learning Hub Regions within the state, including the Early Childhood Hub of Lane County!
This opportunity is available for both new applicants and current Preschool Promise grantees. Successful applicants who are awarded a spot on the 2025-2027 Preschool Promise Eligible Provider List will be deemed eligible for Preschool Promise Slots if any such Slots become available before June 30, 2027.

Preschool Promise Funding
Applicants who are successfully added to the Preschool Promise Eligible Provider List will qualify for Preschool Promise Slots, should any become available, through June 30, 2027. Below is a detailed breakdown of the funding allocated for PSP slots.
Grant Amount
Base amount: $15,650 per slot per year
Transportation enhancement: $1,100 per slot per year (available to grantees who offer transportation)
One-time start-up amount: $2,000 per slot awarded

July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2027
