Summer Reading Spots 2015

Dive Into Reading and bring the family to United Way’s Summer Reading Spots!

For an hour each day on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays this summer, kids can come for an hour of story time with volunteer readers, free reading time, or family reading. This program takes place immediately following the FOOD for Lane County Summer Lunch Program at three locations around the community. Each child who visits receives a FREE book of their choice to take home, every time they come!

“Dive into Reading” themed kick-off events including reading-centered games, crafts, and entertainment for kids will take place at the following locations:

Springfield: June 23rd
1:00-2:00pm, Willamalane Park Swim Center, 1276 G Street

1:00-2:00pm, Petersen Park, 870 Berntzen Road

Cottage Grove: June 16th
