Spookley the Square Pumpkin

Has your child ever felt like he or she doesn’t fit in or belong? Spookley the Square Pumpkin can relate, since he is the only square pumpkin in a patch full of round pumpkins. This October teach your child that it is okay to be different, but not okay to make fun of others for who they are, with help from Spookley the Square Pumpkin! Spookley, just one of the unique characters living at Holliday Hill Farm, is working together with Pacer’s National Bullying Center and local farms to “stop bullying before it starts!” There are many great resources on Spookley’s website to help teachers, parents, and kids understand what they can do to prevent bullying, including access to the FREE Bullying Prevention Toolkit, kid-friendly music videos, activity print-outs and more.

Spookley’s first full length movie is appearing this month on Cartoon Network to spread the word about bullying prevention. Watch the movie at home with your family on Sunday, October 27th at 2:00pm, or on Tuesday, October 29th at 2:30pm to experience Spookley’s journey to friendship! See the video below to get your family excited about making friends and teach them the importance welcoming others!

Visit Lone Pine Farms with your kids this month to meet Spookley himself and to support his campaign against bullying. Call 541.688.4389 to find out when you can find him on the farm!
