LaneKids 2013 Parent Survey
LaneKids wants to hear from you!
United Way and partners received funding from the Oregon Parenting Education Collaborative in 2011 to start LaneKids, a resource for parents in Lane County. As a parent, LaneKids would like to invite you to participate in a survey about our community’s support of young families and the programs and activities you would like to see offered in our community. Your feedback will help determine LaneKids’ future investments and activities.

About the survey:
- The survey should only take you 15 minutes and you can end the survey at any time.
- Information you provide on the following questions is voluntary and will remain confidential.
- Information you provide will be combined with information from others in your community and reported in summary form only.
