What This Organization Does

Empowered Lactation offers lactation and infant feeding support during pregnancy, after birth, and as your baby grows. Get help with latch and positioning, milk supply, pumping, feeding plans, starting solid foods, and weaning. You can get support based on your needs, goals, and the feeding choices that work best for your family.

Services include home visits, lactation classes, free community drop-in groups, postpartum support and craniosacral therapy. A Spanish-speaking lactation consultant is available to support Spanish-speaking families. Care is inclusive, trauma-informed, and welcoming to LGBTQIA2S+ individuals and families.

Home visits are available in Eugene and Springfield. If you live outside these areas, contact Empowered Lactation to ask about availability.

Services are offered on a sliding scale. Some insurance plans are accepted, inquire for more information.
