What This Organization Does
Avocado Doulas supports you during pregnancy, birth, and the weeks after your baby arrives. You can get help from a doula, learn about birth, and get help with daily needs.
During pregnancy, your doula can help you get ready for birth. You can learn about your choices, make a birth plan, and get help as you get ready for labor.
During labor and birth, your doula gives you support, comfort, and care. Your doula can help you share your needs and feel supported during birth.
After your baby arrives, you can get help with your recovery, baby care, feeding, overnight care, parenting, and daily tasks. Your doula can help you feel ready and supported as you care for your new baby.
Avocado Doulas also offers birth classes, classes for grandparents, placenta encapsulation, and other classes. Support is available for first-time parents, growing families, and families going through adoption, surrogacy, fertility care, or a high-risk pregnancy. Spanish-speaking families, LGBTQIA+ families, and neurodivergent clients are welcome and supported.
