Photo Contest for Teens!

The Lane County Public Health Prevention Team is excited to be starting a youth council. To kick start this group, the team is sponsoring the 2013 Lane County Teen Photo Contest.  Teens ages 13-18 who live in Lane County are eligible to submit photos they have taken.  Contest closes on June 30, 2013.The theme of the contest is the connection between healthy teens and healthy communities. We know that our communities play an important role in our health. We want to know how you think your community affects your and other teens’ health. Using the lens of your camera, we’d like you to show us what a healthy community that supports health for teens looks like. Or what it doesn’t look like. What do you see around you that helps support good health, starting with you and your peers’ health?
