Postnatal Yoga: for New Parents & Pre-Walkers

Join a welcoming space for new parents and their babies to move, stretch, strengthen, relax, and connect.

This gentle postnatal yoga class supports your well-being while creating opportunities to bond with your baby and connect with other families.

Led by Libby Cox, MS, E-RYT 500, R-PYT, the class offers a supportive environment for movement, relaxation, and community during the postpartum period.

Open Loss Circle

Connect with others who have experienced pregnancy or infant loss in this weekly peer support circle.

You’ll have a space to share, reflect, and connect with people who understand what you’re going through. The group is gently guided by facilitators with lived experience of loss.

Participants are encouraged to attend each week to build connections and support throughout the series, while understanding that life happens and flexibility is welcome.

Parent Connections

Connect with other parents and caregivers of mobile infants in this welcoming peer support group.

Children are welcome to attend with you. You’ll have a chance to share experiences, build relationships, and connect with other families going through a similar stage.

Latch Lounge

Connect with other parents while receiving support from an IBCLC (lactation consultant), doulas, and peers.

You can ask questions about latch, milk supply, pumping, and feeding transitions while learning practical tips and building confidence in your feeding journey.

This group offers a welcoming space to learn, troubleshoot challenges, and connect with other parents navigating infant feeding.

If you or your baby need more support, staff can help connect you with lactation consultations and other resources.

Postpartum Support

Connect with other parents during late pregnancy and the first 9 months after your baby is born.

This gentle, peer-led group offers a welcoming space to share experiences, find support, and connect with others going through the changes of early parenthood.

You’ll have the opportunity to talk openly, feel less alone, and build connections with parents who understand this stage of life.

Make Parenting A Pleasure (ODHS/CPS)

This 12-week parenting group is for families involved with ODHS/CPS who are experiencing high levels of stress and have children from birth to age 8.

You’ll learn healthy ways to manage stress, understand child development, use positive discipline strategies, and strengthen relationships with your children.

The group also gives you a chance to connect with other parents and caregivers, share experiences, and build a network of support.

Families involved in custody arrangements related to separation or divorce are also welcome to attend.

LGBTQ+ Parent Group

This welcoming monthly drop-in group gives LGBTQ+ parents, caregivers, and families a place to connect, share experiences, and support one another.

Each session begins with a guest speaker or community partner-led discussion, followed by time for open conversation, support, and socializing.

Whether you’re looking for support, connection, or simply a welcoming place to spend time with others who understand, you’re welcome to join.

When life brings changes and challenges, extra support can make a difference.

Parenting Through Change™ is a hands-on, 10-week group for caregivers of children with challenging behaviors. You’ll build on your current parenting skills while learning new strategies, finding support, and gaining hope.

The program is designed for families of youth ages 4 through adolescence with mental health or behavioral challenges. You’ll learn practical tools to help your family navigate complex situations and strengthen everyday relationships.

At least one child in the age range must be in the parents’/guardians’ care at least 48 hours per week so that they can practice skills.

No group Thanksgiving week

Participants who attend and participate are entered into a gift card drawing.

Nurturing Parenting

This program is for parents and caregivers of children ages 0 to 5.

You’ll learn parenting skills that support a healthy family life. Topics include effective communication, family routines, positive discipline, and self-care.

Classes provide practical tools and opportunities to practice new skills you can use at home.

Participants receive a gas card and are entered into a raffle.
