Parenting Skills
Connect with other pregnant and postpartum parents and learn ways to care for yourself during this time. Each session covers a different part of life after having a baby, including your own needs, bonding with your baby, and making space for rest and healing.
You’ll talk about changes after birth, ways to connect with your baby, how to ask for what you need, and ways to make time for rest and recovery.
Participants will receive a book. Those who complete all three sessions will receive an infant carrier.
