Parenting Skills
Oregon Community Programs’ Parenting Through Change groups help you manage everyday parenting challenges with less stress and more confidence.
Over 10 weekly sessions, you’ll learn ways to improve communication, encourage cooperation, and build routines and problem-solving skills that can help create a calmer, more connected home.
Parents and caregivers receive a Parenting Through Change (PTC) binder with session materials and resources, a $25 gift card each week per family, a light meal during sessions, support between sessions, and practical tools to use at home.
Limited child care spots are available.
