WellMama

What This Organization Does

WellMama supports you during pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, and pregnancy or infant loss through peer support, support groups, and wellness services.

You can connect with trained peer support specialists who understand the challenges that can come with parenthood, including depression, anxiety, birth trauma, isolation, and parenting stress.

WellMama offers support groups, one-on-one peer support, and help connecting with local resources. Staff can help you find support, navigate challenges, and feel less alone during your parenting journey.

WellMama also partners with Women’s Care clinics to connect parents with peer support during pregnancy and postpartum. Through this partnership, parents can be connected with WellMama support services directly through their medical care team.

Community Health Centers of Lane County

What This Organization Does

Community Health Centers of Lane County provides affordable health care for children, adults, and families.

You can get primary care, preventive health services, behavioral health care, children’s preventive dental services, health education, and referrals to specialists when needed.

Providers work together to help you stay healthy, prevent illness, manage long-term health conditions, and improve your health.

Community Health Centers works with you and your family to provide coordinated care regardless of age, family situation, or ability to pay.

Homes for Good

What This Organization Does

Homes for Good offers affordable housing programs and help finding housing in Lane County. Staff can help you understand your housing choices and connect with local services.

Homes for Good also offers financial counseling, weatherization services that can help lower utility costs, and ongoing support for residents.

Through housing programs, service connections, and community partnerships, Homes for Good helps people build stable housing and a strong foundation for the future.

Relief Nursery (Springfield)

What This Organization Does

Relief Nursery, Inc., supports you and your young children from birth to age 5 through family support, home visits, parent education, and family advocacy.

Most services and supplies are available to families enrolled in Relief Nursery programs, while parent education opportunities may also be available to parents and caregivers in the broader community.

Staff work with you to understand your family’s strengths, needs, and goals. They help you build parenting skills, strengthen parent-child relationships, reduce stress, and support your child’s growth and development.

Services may include home visits, parent education and support, respite childcare, crisis support, child development screenings, and connections to local services for employment, health, mental health, and children’s activities.

You may also receive support with basic needs such as food, clothing, diapers, and transportation.

The program also offers therapeutic early childhood classrooms and mental health and recovery support for enrolled families.

In this 8-week Collaborative Problem Solving® class, you’ll learn practical tools to strengthen relationships, reduce conflict, and better understand challenging behaviors.

You’ll build problem-solving, communication, and emotional regulation skills that can help make everyday life at home and school feel more manageable.

The class supports parents and caregivers in creating positive, lasting changes for their families.

Classes for Oregon Parents, Grandparents, Foster Parents, and Caregivers.

Collaborative Problem Solving® – Autism/IDD Course

In this 8-week Collaborative Problem Solving® Parent Class with focus on Autism/IDD class, you’ll learn practical tools to strengthen relationships, reduce conflict, and better understand challenging behaviors.

You’ll build problem-solving, communication, and emotional regulation skills that can help make everyday life at home and school feel more manageable.

The class supports parents and caregivers in creating positive, lasting changes for their families.

Classes for Oregon Parents, Grandparents, Foster Parents, and Caregivers.

Nurturing Parenting

This program is for parents and caregivers of children ages 0 to 5.

You’ll learn parenting skills that support a healthy family life. Topics include effective communication, family routines, positive discipline, and self-care.

Classes provide practical tools and opportunities to practice new skills you can use at home.

Participants receive a gas card and are entered into a raffle.

Circle of Security

Build a stronger relationship with your child through interactive sessions for parents and caregivers.

You’ll learn to understand your child’s emotional needs, recognize behavior cues, and respond in ways that build trust, confidence, and emotional security.

The class offers practical strategies for managing challenging behaviors, building healthy attachment, and strengthening parent-child relationships.

You’ll have opportunities to share experiences, practice new skills, and receive guidance from trained facilitators.

Participants receive a gas card and are entered into a raffle.

Little Jellies Parent Support and Play Group

Connect with other parents and caregivers of children from birth to age 2 in this weekly support and play group.

While your infants and toddlers explore and play in a nurturing space designed for young children, you’ll have a chance to connect with other families and build your support network.

Refreshments are provided for both children and adults, creating a welcoming place to share experiences, learn from others, and enjoy time together.
